‘national geographics’ on the means of undestanding/using ‘smileys’ …

Well … I remember the ’90s … perhaps 1995, when I was envited by our dear IBM fellow, Iverson, to his home in Toronto (somewhere around Bloor … I am not so sure anymore) and given two personal books: the J dictionary and most importantly the implementation of v7 by Roger Hui; too bad it used to be mainly around UofT; we missed him/them at Waterloo/YorkU!

Now, in the context of formal language research, you might ask yourself about the title … if you didn’t get it … I will not waste my/your time šŸ˜‰

Kenneth EugeneĀ Iverson, god rest your soul!
